Advanced purchase / Non-Refundable Rates

Full amount of booking is required for any kind of reservation in Palashbari Ecological Resort.

Reservation Procedure

Process I

1. Ask for availability of dates for your trip, contact in following no +91 90516 16012/ 98315 07644
2. On confirmation of your available dates, you will get a message from our backend team about our banking details in Whats-app / email.
3. Deposit the amount and send the receipt details of your deposit at - palashbari73@gmail.com,along with your voter ID/ Passport/        Driving License/ Aadhaar etc.(Scan Copy) (Pan Card is not acceptable).
4. You will receive a confirmation mail in respect with your booking within 24 Hrs.
5. Without presenting a valid identity card which is mentioned as above, guest will not allowed to check-in. This rule is applicable for each and individual guest for the purpose of stay in our resort.

Process II

1. Visit our Registered Office @ Room 2 & 8, Ground Floor, Block A/1, V.I.P. Enclave, Baguiati, Kolkata - 700059, Beside Tanishq Jewellry Showroom.
2. Pay the amount for booking by presenting original Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar/Driving License etc. at office and also submit during Reservation.
3. Take the Money Receipt as confirmation of your Reservation.
4. Modes of acceptance of Payment :- NEFT, IMPS, Cash, Cheque, etc.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify your Reservation, or do not arrive on the specified check-in date, payment is non-refundable. No alteration will be provided for any other dates without any dependency of your check-out date.

Modification of Reservation

Once Reservation made modifications to your reservation are not permitted. So please give a Second thought before making your Booking.

Early Departure

If you depart early for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.

Extending your Stay

Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional dates subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Other Restrictions

Advanced Purchase / Non-refundable rates cannot clubbed with any other offers or packages and promotions and is not available for any group bookings.

Room & Package Booking

At the time of booking rooms full payment will be taken.

At the time of Package Booking 50% of package cost at the time of booking and balance within 15 days prior to journey.
